An immersion of healing and reconnection with oneself through the awareness combining the 5 senses, plus our connection with others and nature. The retreat is a combination of Yoga, Hypnotherapy, hiking and Meditation.

Accommodation in a cozy B&B – an old stone wall farm house, with an authentic bread oven and a natural water spring in the yard. The studio room of 70m² is on the first floor of the farm building. Capacity of 12 people in separate rooms equipped with its private shower and toilets.
Healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with fresh produce that are harvested and prepared locally.
580€ per person in shared room; private room: 770€ per person. Fees include all group sessions and activities plus three meals per day.
